This post is a quick and to the point one. If there's anyone out there who has thought about making their own pizza crust or who already makes their own but confesses that it ain't all that happening. This is the post for you, my dear. For the past year or so, I belonged to the latter group mentioned above. I did the right thing and made my own damn pizza crust, but honestly that pizza was not so great left-over. Soggy in the middle. Ick. I'm a texture person and that's a texture I do not appreciate. What's the point of pizza if you can't have leftovers? I wondered...
