Yes, it's my first time hand quilting. I have a single stitch, very old machine, and navigating such a large piece of thick fabric seemed more daunting to me than just stitching by hand. We shall see...
Am I crazy?
Bea may be off to college by the time she can use it.
Oh, I don't know. I just mentioned to Stephinie above that I may just be plain crazy to attempt hand quilting. So far so good, but I've got a lot more fabric to go!
Thats a really great photo. I've been feeling so self-conscious about my photos because I'm stumbling upon so many blogs with great photography like this.
Great to meet you. Thank you for your kind words. I think at some point, all bloggers must feel a little self conscience about what they publish. For me, blogging my daily life, is a craft that involves so very much of what I love about this life that I am so very grateful to live. It helps me to stay mindful in my day to day moments, to seek beauty in the simple subjects, to record my thoughts and document life in a manner that will hopefully resonate with someone out there and with myself in years to come. Keep at it - take photos and continue writing - if it is what you love. We can never take the wrong path if we follow our heart!
Are you hand quilting??? If so I am totally impressed ;)

Like the colors. Have too many knitting projects going on myself. Hope yours are coming together quicker than mine.
Here is my moment:
