I love this post Nichole. And I adore Live Free, which I've always felt was a true and honest reflection of who (I'm guessing) you are.

Donna

I know those feelings very well, Nichole. Thanks for sharing.

Aw, thanks Fiona! The sentiment goes both ways, my dear! Here, at Live Free, I do try to keep it real! :)

You are so welcome Donna! xoxo

so well said. I have just recently started a blog to help me record my days and share them with loved ones afar so they can see what we are up to (my little girl is now one and I'm home with her), and the public aspect of it is a funny thing.. in some ways, I love the idea of reaching out and connecting with a larger community, but in so many other ways none of that seems to matter since where I want and need to be is right here at home. I like what you said about us being more than cloth-diapering, baby-wearing, wholesome-food-eating mamas.... and that sharing those things doesn't automatically equal compatibilty...so true. It's a funny thing, the ability to make connections worldwide with complete strangers. I suppose as long as it doesn't take away from the more important connections in our actual day to day world... and the time we may otherwise be spending loving on those sweet babes....it's a fine line to ride, for sure. My apologies for taking up so much space here and writing a novel, especially as a complete and total stranger who happened upon you by chance... these are just things that have been spinning through my mind lately and you've voiced them so well. Cheers
