Beautiful!
Two things : what does home study visit for adoption mean?
Also a homeschool hybrid schoolhouse sounds amazing!!!!!!!'

Nichole

A homestudy is a report that a social worker conducts on families prior to adopting. We meet with the social worker several times. She interviews us and visits our home. The social worker learns about every aspect of one's current life and past to determine whether or not a person (or a couple) is a safe and sound candidate for parenting via adoption.

Hugs. And your new house is one my route to school. I think it is super cute.
