Beautiful.

Thank you! When I got out there, I was so happy I took my camera. I could have stayed for hours photographing grasses and seed pods, but with a four year old and a husband, I tried to snap away quickly. It did make me realize that I need to take time to take nature walks solo! :) The jacket is cute (thank you!), but do you see the police badge sticker on the front of it? the perfectionist in me would smudge that little detail away if I had photoshop...thank goodness the mama in me thinks the tacky factor makes it more endearing. :) PS: I keep finding your comments in my spam box. Happy surprises...but I don't know why they are going there first. So sorry if my blog is acting up on you.

I don't know why it's doing it either, but I trust you'll find them somehow ;) no I didn't notice the police badge, but really, I think it's cute- badge and all. and seriously, the photos. I am loving, loving, loving your photography so much lately~ so serene and honest and just....... yeah. me likey.

Thank you Isobel! It was just one of those mornings where we found ourselves in awe of winter's magic. The landscape looks so different right now - even here in the south - than it did just a few weeks ago.

This was a fun batch to upload, Cory. I've been playing with a lens that I haven't used in awhile and really falling in love with what it can do. It's awesome when that happens.

Gosh. Your photos are amazing. I can almost smell the air in them.
